We provide accredited Level 1 courses to parents and families on speech and language with children with speech delay and difficulties. We also provide ADHD course co-facilitated by Tower Hamlets NHS CAMHS. We provide training to staff in different organisation such as charity, and Local Authority.

We provide specialist Speech and Language Therapy for children and young people aged 3–18 years, supporting communication, language, speech, social interaction, and swallowing needs.

Speech and Language THERAPY SESSIONS

Elklan Let’s Talk Under 5’s – Speech and Language Therapy delivered in blocks of sessions which helps parents carers practitioners and young people learn how to develop and enhance young children’s understanding and talking.

We support young children who may be experiencing delays or difficulties with early communication and interaction.

Areas of support include:

  • Understanding language (receptive language)
  • Using words and sentences (expressive language)
  • Speech sound development and clarity
  • Attention and listening skills
  • Play and interaction skills
  • Early social communication
  • Stammering in young children
  • Feeding and early swallowing difficulties (where appropriate)

Our early years therapy focuses on:

  • Play-based, engaging therapy sessions

ElklanLet’s Talk with 5-11 – Speech and Language Therapy one-to-one sessions delivered in blocks of sessions which helps young people learn develop language and enhance young children’s understanding and talking.

We support children who are experiencing communication difficulties that impact learning, friendships, or confidence.

Areas of support include:

  • Understanding instructions and classroom language
  • Expressing ideas clearly in speech and writing
  • Vocabulary development
  • Sentence structure and grammar
  • Speech sound disorders
  • Social communication and interaction
  • Narrative (storytelling) skills
  • Stammering
  • Selective mutism
  • Support for children with autism, ADHD, DLD, or learning differences
