Level 3 Award in Food safety and Catering – 3 days course (managers, head chef, supervisors, Adults); Cost £300
This course is intended for anyone supervising those involved in the preparation and handling of food in a catering environment.
Level 4 Award in Food safety and Catering – 7 days course (managers, head chef, supervisors, Adults); Cost £499
Level 2 Award in Personal Licence – 1 day course (those working with alcohol); cost £199
This course is ideal for those working with alcohol, those who serve or sell it. This qualification is perfect for those applying for personal license to sell alcohol and is recognised by the Home Office for this purpose.
